For some reason i could never find 100% on this level it says i got 95% missing a melon :(

I've beat the game so many times but how the hell do you manage to get 100%? I've gotten 189 tokens but cause of the water level's I never got 100%. And also, whats the bonus for it? I know in World 1 you get to see outtakes cause I've done that but what is it in this?

Why would they call this Shark Attack if there aren't a lot of Sharks on this level?
