How did you manage to get such a full sound from the start?? the clean sound of the bass here, is it mixed?? how did you record the bass guitar? (DI eg. ?? ) and how did you mix it later?? thanks!! very cool video!!
@Tharladyn7 My first reply was wrong sorry. The bass here is done with Trilian virtual bass software. I've since bought a real bass but Trilian is great. I used the hardcore bass model, taking only it's DI and then processing it with BOD. The hardcore model in Trilian is excellent so it's kinda hard to make it sound bad.

Man, this is an awesome plugin, i can't wait 'till my Peavey grind nt5 arrives. From what i hear, this would sound very nice in the mix. But as far as practice goes, i think i 'll probably stick to clean. Anyway, thanks for bringing it to our attention fearcomplexmusic, your videos slay as always.
I don't own a bass but I downloaded anyway =D Played around with electronic drums which I beefed up and distorted a bit with this, got some cool results.
Very nice clean bass tone as well. Which bass is it? The Overdrive plug sounds waaaaay better than the POD version. Onqel is the shit. Great demo vid too.
@TravelinStygianify Yeah man definitely! Ampeg is good but I used to spend forever tweaking it and still couldn't get *that* sound I can get with this, and it takes just seconds to dial in this B.O.D
