@GalilHolder you put this in the vehicles init line: this animate ["ani_siren", 0.5] OR this animate ["ani_siren", 1]  1 means ligts and siren, 0.5 mean just ligts

@owensrichardd use the mission editor to place the cars and ur player, then u can add civilian traffic etc, create waypoints for them and all sorts... the rest is upto u. The swat addon is pretty neat.

#1 this game is called Operation Flashpoint, there isnt a website u can get it on but u can download it as a torrent if u have bittorrent or utorrent etc... also the game is military based so it dosent come with thes addons/mods. the mod he is using is ERT mod: emergency responce team. you can download this by watching a video on how to install by (crownvictoriacop) just look him up on youtube. just thought id help ;)
