What sucks is that the main supercouples didn't end up together because the actors left at different points in the series. The endgame should've been Billy & Alison (even though they trashed her character in season 3 with her alcoholism and temporary boss at D&D), Jo and Jake, and hell maybe even Michael & Jane, simply because they kept going back to each other in spite of themselves. Although by accounts, Sydney really truly loved Michael and would've done anything for him.

Melrose Place was one of the greatest tv shows of the 90's - much better than overrated Beverly Hills 90210! Alison (Courtney Thorne-Smith) and Jake (Grant Show) were my 2 favorite characters from start to finish. I still can't believe they didn't get together.

Sydney (Laura Leighton) deserved much better ending - such a cuttie character.

Brilliant Michael (Thomas Calabro) should have been with Megan (Kelly Rutherford)

Ryan (John Newton) should have been with Lexi (Jamie Luner) - hot couple
