A showjumper owned & ridden by Robert Whitaker in the UK - apparently extremely headshy on being bought 8 weeks prior to this video. This was a demonstration held at a large event in the UK & the idea behind it was to get the horse to accept the bridle. The demonstration allegedly ran for over 2 hours & got worse as it went on. There are other clips. Quality is poor as it was someone's camera phone

Dates are switched in different places. In the US we do month-day-year. But other countries do day-month-year. So it is saying it's in July, just written differently than we're used to seeing.
