My Vacation in the Poconos Mountains and Blairstown NJ

The Poconos is so beautiful. I was very close to moving there from Jersey. How I ended up in Florida, is beyond me. But, I miss both very much now. And this is the second time tonight, I have not heard of a town in NJ. I guess, I did not get around very much. lol

I went with My gf last week and not only was let in I was given a grand tour of all the sites including the cabins, the lake and the trails too!!!!! FUCKING AWESOME!!!! F13TH movies are the best!

its a boy scout camp. they dont allow people in unless you're affiliated with the camp or the scouts. for security reasons for the campers. I emailed them ...you can go up to the sign but thats it.

I grew up in the B, and I miss it. It is the best place. Go Pats!!!! NWHRS class of '93, by the way.

Oh, and kyledudev13? My first ever job was at No Be Bo Sco. It's pretty cool inside. Even though I refused to swim there o.o

Cool side note. My second job was washing dishes at the Diner on 94, another Friday the 13th landmark.

I just went to Blairstown on the past Friday June 13th 2008 & it is beautiful there. I saw the old mill, the diner, & moravian cematary. When I went to the camp some dickhead on a tractor told us to get out were trespassing, we'll get a ticket. I drove 5 hours from Fall River Massachusetts to see it. That FAT SLOB ruined it, also so many dead deer on the roads, very sad, I would love to move there.

i was actually on the way home from Pennsylvania and we saw a sign for the town so we ended up spending 2 hours there lol! but from where i live (Long Island NY) its only about 2 hours away.

Awesome awesome video! I wish I could have gone there. Great seeing the diner. And I compared the old mill from the film to your footage and nothing has changed, even the lamp post is still there! Plus it looks really creepy at night. It's a shame you couldn't get into Camp No Be Bo Sco. Anyhow it looks like you had a fun time.

thanks .... the old mill is really creepy at night.... if u look at some of the photos i took of the old mill there appears to be ghost orbs. thanks for the wonderful comment =D
