I like this show too sometimes these New Englanders can come across as being a bit too reserved ( I mean cheapskates). You also get the impression that their method is the only way. Chris Kimball is kind of creepy in my opinion. The way he stares at Bridget or Julia while they're speaking makes him look like a serial killer.

I like this show, but sometimes they just go a little overboard. Like this show. Good grief. Do you really want to go to that much effort for a roast chicken?

I just made this last night from the video posted here. I added an onion and some extra dijon to the potatoes and had to bake it an extra 10 mins, but it was super delicious! I'm going to make this all the time from now on.
