2.0 is the theatrical and more or less official title of the movie, while 2.22 is the title of the home release of the movie. Most people just refer to the movie as 2.0.

@Vyper123456 Eva 1.0 was originally released to homes in the form of Evangelion 1.01, as a DVD, but it suffered a few production problems, so they released Evangelion 1.11, as a DVD and Blu-ray. Eva 2.0 skipped the DVD-only "X.0X" treatment of its predecessor and was released straight to a DVD & BD 2.22 version supplemented with new scenes and dozens of modified cuts. What copy of 1.0 do you have, a torrent, or an actual copy?

@Vyper123456 By 1.0, I imagine you mean 1.01. Anyway, for starters, I have never played 1.01, so I can't say whether or not there is an option to turn dubs on or off (there is that option in 1.11). However, this is getting way off track, so to wrap up, the only home release of 2.0 was entitled 2.22. There was never a 2.02, or anything like that. I suppose you could say that 2.0 was Japanese only, but that's just because it was shown only in Japanese theaters Hope that helps.

The Styx was the river all souls had to cross to enter into Hades, which was just the afterlife (Tartarus was the Greek Hell). Amusingly, the river that actually scoured away the memories of the souls of the dead was the Lethe, even though that's typically attributed to the Styx nowadays.

@bubbabeau07 I'd rather nothing like anything that happened in Eva will ever happen in real life. Also Evas themselves are kind of messed up, they're not actually giant robots but giant humanoid creatures fitted with armor and has its body and mind controlled with electronics.

Piloting the Eva isn't a cakewalk either. Everything that happens to the Eva the pilot feels as if it actually happened to him/her, so all those times they lose an arm, get stabbed, the pilots feel that pain.
