A school is "public" property, and as such it is private property owned by the state, and the decision as to what can be put up is based on the "private property" rights of the community and it's representatives.

When he said "put the picture back up", was he talking about hanging it up on school property, or was he holding up a sign? If he was holding up a sign, nobody has the right to stop him. I've been living outside the US for over 2 yrs now. My friends where I live still believe in the ILLUSIONS of America.They think that anyone who goes there will work and become rich....it breaks my heart to have to tell the the truth.
