Contemporary Church has become Spiritual voyeurism: we watch people worship. Churches are more and more theatres with everything designed to increase the viewing and listening experience. And it has spilled over into traditional services: we clap if the performer worships well. Our choirs are wonderful, the musicians superb, but my goodness, it's not a concert! In my grandpa's Church, there was no choir, no musical instruments: someone raised the tune, and then we had 143 part harmony. D Loaring
Don't be disheartened should anyone say the worship in your church is repetative or boring, that you sing the same old stuff over and over again. The ones that say such things are the ones who sing from the mouth and not the heart.

Do you ever get tired of telling your wife or husband that you love them?
Do you ever get fed up of telling your children how much you love them?
Then we should tell God, over and over again, without rest.
