He did only bring 479awhp to this race and you did beat that. Now an FP red at the same boost would have been racer, less lag and ran 10s also. The GT3794 is a large turbo for a DD, especially on pump. I plan on making well into the 800s with the same turbo and no less than 30psi.
the driver of that EVo needs to learn to shift... a 3,320 Lb. stang with 516 2wd HP and the EVO 3,200 with 479 awd the race should be neck to neck but as you see it comes down to driver error

No Evo anywhere is making 750 hp on pump gas with a GT37R. Thats as much of a setup as he ever ran with that turbo. I seriously doubt he had the car tuned with this specific race in mind. Car now has a smaller turbo anyway.

Well I've got an evo 8 gsr with $2k in parts (no labor) and it goes 12.3. I know thats not 11s but money is tight my friend. I do believe you about your local evo mr not being all that. My friend spent like 10 grand+ on an Evo 8 with GT35R and custom race header and 540whp and guess what his best time was literally 12.2

nice mustang. THough be lucky he wasnt running much boost, those GT37R turbos have made 750 awhp. Was he just running a low boost tune on you? Im just wondering why he is making less than 500awhp for this race when obviously he needed more.

No Evo anywhere is making 750 hp on pump gas with a GT37R. Thats as much of a setup as he ever ran with that turbo. I seriously doubt he had the car tuned with this specific race in mind. Car now has a smaller turbo anyway.

I know this well. in fact, im proving to the bmw turbo world that 700 whp is possible with a t3 turbine based turbo. I know more is possible with the right turbo (such as the HTA 37), but my turbo will not produce 900.

You guys.... That is a 281CI 2v 4.6 SOHC with a cast iron block... Really the most pathetic 4.6 you can get in a mustang... And still ate those imports. And that powerstroke against those imports was hilarious...DIESELS ARE HEAVY AS HELL AND FAST, no joke I know a guy with a 2wd powerstroke pushing a thousand horsepower, lowered and it ABSOLUTELY HALLS BALLS... will smoke any import thrown at it... Makes me smile :) especially seeing the exhaust smoke in that drivers face the whole time haha

dude, you obviously don't even know anything about the LT1 camaro.I've been driving them for 12 years and I've never had a problem with the radiator. Its the optispark distributor that goes up and yeah I've had fun replacing three of them.
The camaro is still fast And I've beat plenty of FI and 32 Valvers.

I don;t care what you think you know about cars but evo engines don't blow up man. if they do somebody really messed up. its a totally awesome car and it almost never loses grio with the pavement in any conditions.(bumps, wet, dry, etc) the aluminum suspension is killer and the car responds well to mods. For a couple grand you can run 11's and thats hard to do with any resonably priced vehicle. if you haven't guess it I own an evo VIII and Its a great car . I've had three camaros..

Well I've got an evo 8 gsr with $2k in parts (no labor) and it goes 12.3. I know thats not 11s but money is tight my friend. I do believe you about your local evo mr not being all that. My friend spent like 10 grand+ on an Evo 8 with GT35R and custom race header and 540whp and guess what his best time was literally 12.2
@ 125 mph. They do take a little practice. (he needed some)
by the way my car has reflash, cams , exhaust, meth kit, fuel pump 12.30 @113.92

I must also add that Evo's are totally awesome cars stop talking crap about the evo you probably don't even know anything about them. The bottom end comes with 6 bolt mains and very strong internals it holds serious power I don't care what you say. There are many evos running 500+WHP on stock motors for years with no problems. I will ackknowledge that the stock clutch is crap and sometime the trannys break but in general the evo is very solid car

Here's my take !! PLease everyoner hear me out . I have a 93 camaro Lt1 v8 it has a coulpe bolt ons(intake , headers, chip. etc) I have beat so many mustangs with my camaro I have lost count. I have beaten plenty of 32valve V8 mustangs and I only have 16 valves. Futhermore I have beaten some running superchargers. SO V8 for V8 The mustang sucks. And I've driven them too they aren't all that comfortable.
