  • Some food in the raw form is scientifically more healthy, but some food is actually more nutritious cooked than raw. We have evolved very far from eating only raw foods, especially meats so the raw part of the raw diet doesn't make sense. However the amount of organic, unprocessed, and fresh foods it wants you to eat is what works. It's not the cooking thats the problem, i believe.

  • I couldn't do 100% raw diet, I feel always hungry, I added whole grains to my diet now I'm ok

  • I feel exactly like that right now where I am learning extensively about what not to eat and almost have anxiety at the store

  • Beautiful music there.Eating raw is difficult, I couldn't do it.
