Yeah traffic lights are on all the bigger streets and some areas will have cops standing in the middle of the road with their thumb up their ass with no idea what to do.

Plus, that star shape intersection is crazy I must say. Obviously this is about an hour or so of video and no one crash (with cars or bicycles) No accidents.. and that says a LOT too. :)

I do indeed think it's bad in my city ... I'm in Beijing though so it doesn't count towards what you meant. :-P I used to think that the French were really bad drivers but man oh man, are they fantastic drivers! And the drivers back home in Canada are saints! ... relatively speaking. "Me me me, the national motto of China" --- my Chinese colleagues were wondering why I was bursting out laughing.
