nope, that's not really available to the public. the best thing to do is go to city hall or the info booth on main street and ask when a certain character will be out.
the mad hatter at disneyworld in florida is quite funny, despite everyone going "I WISH I HAD YOU HATTER,BRI!" i took a picture with him and he was making kids work for their autographs when they came.

The guy in the red long sleeves is a pretty good dancer and that little snow white is just TOO cute. If you could... I would love to see more of Peter Pan though. He's my favorite but I've never gotten a chance to see him at the park. I've gone so many times... but no luck for me. :(
