I must admit the Duke is a pretty okay villain considering he's in a kids movie. He's both funny and intimidating. I don't mean he's scary, I just mean that usually in kids movie's you that the villain is going to fail. But in the Duke's case, with his powers and intellect, you start to think that he just might pull it all off.
