  • Faster is not always better. P90X teaches a lifestyle, and with great follow ups such as P90X Plus, P90X One on One and P90X 2, there is so much variety. Athlean X is designed to make people athletic, P90X is designed to get people ripped. P90X 2, let's see if Athlean X can compete with a program that is designed to make people athletic. Oh and do not forget Asylum, that is the most athletic fitness program right now.

  • I don't know why you have to say that it's better than p90x. For one, you're probably not gonna be able to prove that empirically. Two, if it's effective on its own, then it will be. If it's not, then it won't be.

  • The only thing that I didn't like about this video is the rolling shoulder press. It just didn't look very safe, I mean you lose you ballance just once and those weights are coming down on your head.

  • Assuming you are capable of reaching the ability to do these in a 10 min time frame, you should begin to do some cardio and learn how not to get aired out. I would recommend to learn the specified push-ups that diver/swimmers use. If pursuing stability in muscular mass then you should get into weight-lifting. I also recommend to learn the muscular composure of the body and learn what work-work builds up each secction the body, so you yourself can learn a proper workout that fits your needs.

  • Personally I started off out of shape, after being in the gym... I can tell you that I really wanted to die. I continued to go and noticed that each build does not apply to everyone. It is all a matter of getting used to that extreme burn and pase. To even get use the to the p90x you have atleast be able to do 20 situps, pushups, squats, and know how to properly stretch (Non stop).

    btw i wrestle and these workouts r pretty brutal. I thought i was in decent shape but these totally owned me.

    Sometimes it's better to just wait to heal. When i broke my wrist and four fingers in my left hand from a dirt bike accident I did basic cardio on an exercise bike just to stay in shape so that when i was healed up i'd be able to go back to working out. When healing from a decent sized injury you don't want to put a lot of strain on your body. Keep eating correctly and do some form of cardio that works for your injury and you'll be ready to workout in no time.

    p90x isn't for just anyone. You need to be physically fit to even start a lot of the routines in p90x. There are other system's by the same guy that are not as intense. A lot of people need to do cardio and get in shape and than do the p90(not p90x). Don't be an asshole and have some common sense. An out of shape person isn't going to think they can do a hardcore workout, and if they do they will quickly see that they can't and adapt. p90x does indeed rock.

  • @nvidiaryan there are out of shape people that can do p90x they just work at there pace and each day try a little more and then for round 2 they can try and keep up and just keep going until they feel good about it and then they should be able to do what needs to be done ive seen some pretty big people do p90x
