@TekHelper Certain Gish packages did already have these levels. People who bought through CL do not have these levels yet, but can update for free to get them.
Players who have these levels already may or may not be interested in the other 1.6 improvements (in the description), but can obviously choose to buy in to get those along with any future updates and CL support.
