I did the illuminated keyboard and 9-volt battery hack.

The illuminated keyboard hack didn't work with caps lock so I used a different key,

The 9-volt battery hack trick worked I found 6 smaller batteries (I used a Duracell brand battery)

1: Find a Brown or black Baloon.

2: Fill it with Fake Blood.

3: Take some tape and tape it to the back of your Victims tire.

4: When they back out of their driveway they will hear a pop and it will appear they hit something.

Heres a different version.

1: Do everything in the first method but dont fill it with fake blood and it doesnt have to be black or brown.

2: It will appear that they popped their tire!

I did the zip-tie / drive-shaft prank a few years ago at work. It works great, because nobody wants to stop on their way home to crawl under their vehicle or if they do, they usually don't have anything to cut the zip-tie off with. So they have to deal with the noise (which is very loud) until they get home.

It's best to do it on a day that it will be raining by time work lets out!

It's one mineral, that when rubbed against itself, reacts and it's known that small amounts such as this ( it's a government approved pyrotechnic) don't cause harm to any large extent. So no commercial mail system would pick up such a small prank (Probably not even meant to be sent, given at a party) but charges could be filed for a civil case if it ended up doing harm. Civil case, not illegality.
