  • Ok, i just watched channel: mysticmandy explanation.

The inside finger is swiped like a wand toward the 2 closed fingers.

If true, your finger will NOT break the loop.

If false, your finger will break the loop.

    Thanks, LA Guy

  • Q. But what is resisting what with the finger inside the loop ? The inside finger is held in the middle of the loop with the same pressure as the two closed fingers ?

    Thanks, LA Guy

  • Hi Eric,

I was not exactly clear on how you are resisting with your fingers.

    1. One hand has the thumb and index finger closed in a loop ( OK hand signal )

    2. The index finger from the other hand is inserted inside the loop.

    3. You mention to "resist" when asking the question and when the answer is true the finger (inside the loop) moves to the side of the fingertips.

When the answer is false the finger moves outside the loop. continued ...

  • did you read the book before testing?

When testing food for example, you have to have body contact with the substance.

I also don't think self testing really works, there is to much bias.

Even when a therapist tests you there are so many nuances in your muscle response, that there is much room for interpretation.

  • @SkillSeeker Yes , I had read the book years ago. I know, time is not relevant with these things.. And yes, self testing works when you are utterly open - whatever the result. If one is biased - skip it - find someone else to test for you. Thanks for your good comment. Eric
