How much is the angle that the F-16 stick can be tilted?Someone told me it doesn't move at all but I think I have read that it has a range of 1-2 degrees.What is true?

There was the F-16XL but it never made it due to some B.S reason the it couldn't supercruise. All they had to do is use a engine upgrade.
