The way she handles it is a dead giveaway. She's trying to look like a nonsmoker, but she handles that holder with such ease... I knew she used one IRL because I read an interview with her, years ago, in which the article said she pulled out a red cigarette holder. Can't remember whereI read it, but it was in the mid 80's.

Great vid! I remember this, from the TV movie "Human Feelings". Pamela used a holder IRL. You can also see her use one in the movie "The Lady In Red".
