Shawn, I really think that you need to see a movie called The Wrestler. It's pretty cheap, too; I got it in the 5 dollar bin at wal mart. I found it on the internet by listening to a song called the wrestler by bruce springsteen for the movie. i read that it was a really good movie, and it was even better than i thought it was going to be. one movie that i wished i saw on her was crash it was amazing and i the acting along with the whole story was simply amazing with how it was put together but it was very very sad and i cry (however soft that makes me sound) almost every time i see it. another good one that i think could fit into this category is collateral with jamie fox and tom cruise which i can't seem to get enough of. that said the movies that i'v seen on this list are very good and i'm making an effort to see the others

LEON is an amazing amazing film. I rented THE PROFESSIONAL when it first came out and watched it back to back, just rewound it, got my dad and made him watch it too.

HARD EIGHT led me to BOOGIE NIGHTS. I remember renting 8 on VHS and being pleasantly surprised.
