Eperleques, France was the site of the V3 rocket with 4 shafts that were rocket launchers aimed at England Almost the same idea of a Rail Gun But with rockets and underground ( It was destoryed before it was used)
The V2 wasn't used here The V2 was above ground in hardened bunkers and set on a Outside launcher rail system
@freakyflow - sorry friend, but Mimoyecques is where the V3 super-gun site- south of the A16 autoroute between Wissant and Landrethun-de-Nord. A very interesting place.... The site in this video IS Eperlecques, and V2's were assembled to be taken elsewhere to be fired. Also take a look at La Coupole near Wizernes....

@101andrewj The site was attacked several times, both by US Airforce and RAF.
USAAF/RAF B17s and B24s attacked 27 August 1943, with 900 lbs pound bombs, usually far to light to cause damage to a target like this, but as the concrete was still wet, the installation was seriously damaged.
The Tallboy hits were done by RAF. 617th sqr. Lancasters and Mosquito pathfinders attacked 17, 18 and 19 june 1944, and again 6 and 25 july 1944. The installation was penetrated and the interiour destroyed.
