@vegasbob007 its not the video- its all the radio frequency in the room that f's everything up-- i've heard of a ''scrambler'' that they put in every courtroom to prevent others from transcribing by way of external audio recording entering the courtroom- i've seen /heard first hand of what it does in a courtroom-everything stops and heads turn
Your right on that. And Im right that ignorance is no excuse for police and township boards to violate peoples Basic human rights to self preservation and self defense.I have been told by a chief of Police that he and all the chiefs in MI know the laws and there trying to get open carry take away here in MI. Its a game. They should be held accountable for playing with peoples rights and making them criminals to things they know there not.
Ignorance is not an excuse for violation of the laws, they should be prosecuted or fined for violating the citizens rights. They could google it :0) really thees are the folks running the country.
@Kicker001911 Ignorance IS an excuse. In order to break a law, you must have an INTENT to break that law. If you don't know the law exists, it is impossible to KNOWINGLY break it. It is also impossible to be in a situation where you SHOULD HAVE KNOWN.
@Kicker001911 It's not the cops you have to worry about - it's the DAs. You will win in court, but the cost of going to trial is often more than it's worth. Where do you think plea deals come from?
Hey John Wayne, speak up and try to look like your visit is as important as the ball game you are about to attend. Can't take you serious. Dam you are a big fella you don't need to open carry... One look at you and people are probably afraid of you... By looking at your audience they don't know what the hell you are talking about.
It's been 3 months in Alpena since I informed city council of the unlawful gun ordinances. It's still on the books and on the online code of ordinances. I'll soon be approaching them and laying it on the line, especially to the city attorney who is bound by law to be a check against the city. He will be reminded of that. Good work guys! Stay on those pirates!

Common law cases generally applied the maxim ignorantia legis neminem excusat (’ignorance of the law is no excuse’)
