  • awwww how cute!!!! Ademo uses a childish "Yeah, but" story when the judge asks him if he regrets what he did. poor ademo, hes reverting back to childhood.

  • That power-tripping judge is a slimy weasel, audit his thieving office.

  • Fair hearing?? you are a real pig mr burke!!!

  • @freedomfighter790

Of course he is, what else

  • "Because common courtesy is important, we must shackle and kidnap people who say bad words."

Most non-psychopaths see the disparity between the initial 'disrespect' and the response.

  • This judge is a douche bag

  • Common courtesy apparently includes dragging someone out of the room for wearing a hat.

  • Jail Burke. Adam reminds me of me and he Burke is still an evil man. I went through this same crap with Burke. I have zero "respect" for Burke, just like everyone who can simply SEE him.

  • The only purpose you guys are serving is to give Judge Burke a big fat boner every week. I'll bet he loves his job now as compared with 3 years ago.

You can't reason with the Beast! You can't whine, beg, or plead with it! Get smart.

Google "Schaeffer Cox" - he doesn't take his hat off in the courtroom, and they don't ask him to either. Geez, I wonder why........maybe because he has 3,500 militiamen in town under his command.

  • @NoLongerFooled But the point is to move towards a society in which every individual is free, regardless of who they know or the level of retaliation of which they are capable. Personally, I don't see any person or group being under another's command as a viable solution, but rather working together towards a common goal. Freedom is moving away from central planning and central authority, empowering individuals to think for and govern themselves.

  • burke is a tyrant

  • Burke sucks!!!!

  • .....rather a submission of his regret. Burke expresses no concern over the tax payers' monies mentioned nor the extraneous labor of the employees of the prison. This is not justice. It is nothing more than a blatant and overzealous abuse of power by a sick man who enjoys being in the position to watch innocent people grovel beneath him.

  • Burke says that Ademo was in jail because he didn't meet the standard of the court and furthermore, that order must be maintained in the court to protect constitutional rights, which I'm assuming was a snide reference to Ademo's right to free speech. The problem is that free speech is not a constitutional right, it's a natural right, as was Pete's right to wear his hat being that it is his property. He then goes on to say that he doesn't care to hear a political statement from Ademo, but .....

  • that judge needs to be dealt with.

  • For a second I was thinking this was a bad dad and son interaction.... Thank you for the example of this twisted sick system. OMFG! It would be awful to be the son or daughter of Burke.... Can you say Ferrel Child! Great statement Ademo.

  • @AngryHateMusic that is exactly what i thought. burke looked like he was scolding a child. it's that surface to him... doesn't he realize that jail is not the proper form of 'teaching manners' (not that burke didn't deserve what adam said to him). but the show burke made of this... all i could think of was the old days where people were put in stocks and everyone in the town threw tomatoes at them. "tomato is the internationally symbol of not liking something" -mitch hedberg

  • Burke is a petty hollow shell of a man filled only with hypocrisy and ego.
