The Chuckles bit made me, well, chuckle.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, look at that! You can't see that. I'm on radio." Made me laugh out loud. Never seen Slapshot but if the rest of the movie is that funny maybe it'd be worth it?

Ebert gave The King of Comedy *** which is a positive review. As far as I know, it's his original review that appeared in print in 1983.
