You'll usually pick up a Deployable cover somewhere along the game. Can't remember the exact location, but, when I got to this point, I had one. Thanks so much for the vid. I suck and grenade jumps, so this helped a lot.

The first time I tried getting this skull I used the deployable cover, and it slid down to the ground. That sucks. Then I was out of plasma 'nades. That sucks. So I fragged jumped it. Worked just fine.

yehhh, idk why, but i played this on legendary and normal, but when i get to the point where the skull is supposed to be, uhhh idk why but it isnt there.
