Sounds like the low freq. RUMBLER siren, runs through sub-woofers so that you not only hear the siren, you also feel the siren from up to 300ft, even with loud music playing in your car.....NICE!!

Thats what I make these skins for..all you guys were saying I stole mods just because I made some skins on a ford crown vic. At the time I didn't know who made the car models, Theres a guy named sampbob who make Police car skins too and gives no credit to Bxbugs123..for the car ..no one calls him a mod thief..
