The one in the vid is a S1600 rally so yes it is 4WD :)

However alot of saxo rally cars are FWD

No Saxo S1600 or Saxo Kit Car were 4WD..The regulations of a S1600 car allow only FWD and a 1.6 16v N/A engine, theres alot more rules involved but i cba to say them all..lol..

Citroen did make a 4WD Saxo Rally car but it didnt have the wide arches and wasn't ever really used that much..Dont know why they bothered to develop it really..
