This video was really helpful. I have suffered with mild acne for the last 15 years, and have always known that it is linked with my menstrual cycle, but not none what to do about it. Recently I have cut out all sugar, caffeine and soy from my diet (I am vegan), and it seems to be making a difference.

Thanks. Acne can be because of many reasons, but you have to see why YOU may have it:
1. Estrogen to progesterone imbalance
2. Hyperinsulemia
3. Inc production of androgens
4. Poor detoxifcation pathways (lung, colon, kidneys, liver and skin)
5. High intake of carbs, sugar and high glycemic index foods
