You want the fastest it all depends, Honda is known for being an all around bike it can do it all, Kawa is known for their style and green scheme not faster than the cbr or r6 maybe a gsxr, and yama is fast down the track not good for corners

..and if some guy film some bikers on the road with an "x" brand name in front,itdoes not mean that bike is faster. In my gand i used to stay more in back of the group,i have personal reasons;in front of me most of the time is a cbr125,gsxf600,hyosung.....i have an 636...i beat those bikes in first gear without changing other half of an mile!

@barcde0954 Man,636 not only have more whp than any other 600 bike,but also have plenty of torque,..and i mean A LOT of torque. Kawasaki short gearing is another advantage.Those cc make a huge difference. Proofs are everywere,u can check my videos,636 kill gsxr 750 SRAD `98 injection 135hp+ ,any FULL moded R6 and alot of bikes.

@scorpionreptyle has it ever come a cross your brain that your a better rider then those guys you race? yamaha and honda as far as 600 class have been producing the class leading preformance bikes. kawaski in the early 2000s were to heavy to keep up ex. look at the ZX9 and compare its stats to the GSXR1K CBR954 and R1. zx9 makes more power but is heavier and slower then all 3 ..03 was the change around of the current day kawaski.

@barcode0954 From behind of 7 years of riding,at the same class,those are my opinions : Kawasaki : fastest and most powerfull engines,Yamaha :nicest ones , suzuki : most fiables and riding friendly , Hondas : most confi ones. ...again..my opinion.

@scorpionreptyle i have to disagree if i were given a choice of any 1000cc bike to upgrade and race all the other brands it would be an r1 yamaha just makes their bikes really well, and they deffinatley have the race statistics i think they are the fastest over kawasaki all day

@dfx961 and i have to disagree you! Haveing a little bit more top speed not mean you are faster. In terms of power band,gaps etc zx10 are far superior bike. If u say yamaha is faster over kawasaki it mean u never ride on kawa,or u try to change real world reality. On most races it depends on rider,but u must put one question : Why always professsionals advice heavyer guys to take zx10 over R1? ...its because of superior torque and power band of zx that came from 2k and not stop until top end.

@scorpionreptyle You really think a heavy pro rider on a zx10 will lap quicker than a heavy pro rider on an r1. I say lap because only on the track will you get a 'real' comparison. The big 4 brands are that closely matched it really is personal preferance. Obviously yours is Kawasaki.

@scorpionreptyle The ducati 1098 has more cc then a Blade but the fireblade is still quicker and faster...plus the 04 zx10 had the least power of the liter bikes but what made it so fast was how light it was...cc arent everything

@barcode0954 ducati have less HP that means she can not keep up on high speed,but i`m doubt any other 4 piston same class bikes can be qiucker out of line than a "V" with huge torque from huge pistons. Let`s not "argue" anymore and give "the word" to others.

@barcode0954 truth..but not all we hear about hp is reality,in 10 magazines we see 10 different results depend on wich brandpais more for publicity. Dynos not reflect real hp because there is no drag resistance,no pressure in RAMAIRS nothing. On the road we found thruth. Weight is a huge factor in terms of performance,i`ve beat 2 times from stop and from 50km/h an cbr1000rr with my 636 because of less wheight on my side. But from calculations of numbers cbr still have more than 5hp per K than me

Im thinking about zx6r and yzfR6. I know that ninja is faster than r6, and I heard r6 is better at curvy road and track, and I dont know how ninja doing that part ? And both are beautifull bikes but r6 is a bit more atractive I think. So can anyone tell me something about it and help me out with decision? Tnx

the yzfR6 is faster then the zx6r with more torque and more bhp it is even better round the bends. thats why most people use them for track days for the road i would say the ninga is more comfertible but for all round shere power and grip the r6 all day long.

@bazboyevo9 there is a 636,and an injected one. This baby not win against any R6,this engine blow an R6 out of the road. Now lets be serious,i have an 636 carb engine from 2002 on my 1995 zx6r.1995 zx6r has 186kg on empty compared to 2004 R6 160kg. 636 118hp stock engine,R6 125hp stock engine. From 0 to 260+ kawa blows R6 out of the way,from 100kmh - top speed kawa win again with more than 10 bikes lenght,with advance for r6 25 meters kawa blows R6 after 150kmph.

@scorpionreptyle 636 isnt faster then a R6 the r6 is the fastest 600 bro , kawaski before 03 made bikes with big HP but with alot of wieght....those extra cc 's didnt make it faster..not at all (before 03) those extra cc's help it keep up with its rivals..now 03 and beyon is were the zx6 became fast and then became ..(argueably) the fastest 600 but the R6 now is the fastest with a top speed of about 165...

i had been on a 2001 r6(my first bike) and on 2004 r6, and to be honest theres not big diference, can say the fuel injected the throttle response its smooth, and the carb its a litle more wild(after 10k rpm u better hold tight)

2000 R6 was not fuel injected, therefore quite a bit slower.
