  • THIS GAL CAN SING TO ME ANY TIME

  • LOVE THIS GAL SHE CAN SING TO ME ANY TIME

  • what a classic just love it!

  • first record i ever bought. still sounds great

  • I was born in the wrong year.. I'm from 1991, but gosh the music back in the 50's and 60's was much and much better!!

  • To My Resplendent Wife Barbra. I pray and hope you can hear this song from Heaven. In the two short years we were together in this life, we shared a lot of great songs. This is one of them. I hope that I'm with you very soon, My Eternally-Beloved Barbra. Barbra Jean "Rose" Ragan (June 23, 1967 -- November 21/22/ 2010). MANY THANKS, TO BRENDA LEE AND LIVINGADREAM2!

  • @mickeymousebiker1 I'm sure Barbra can hear it loud and clear. I am glad you two shared so much together in the short time you had. I am also glad to bring back the great memories you have. Thanks for stopping by to give a listen!

    Joan

  • @livingadream2 Many thanks to you, Joan, and to Brenda Lee! Brenda Lee has a cute voice (just like my Barbra). I pray that I'll be with my Barbra someday very soon. I also pray that Brenda Lee can sing Rockin' Round the Christmas Tree (and other songs) for many years to come. I've dreamt about hearing Brenda Lee at Branson MO, along with Johnny Mathis, and Andy Williams. That's funny coming from a Rock, Jazz, and Classical music guy. Brenda Lee and Patsy Cline ARE the top gals of Country.

  • To Melissa from davy, love you mountains baby 244242

  • I'm the same age as Brenda Lee & if I remember, I was playing "jax" while Brenda Lee was making "millions". I was helping her by "buying" Her Records!

What an "Amazing" Singer with Her "Golden Pipes!"

  • Only 14? Really?? Wow! Loved this....still do! :)

  • This is a rock n roll song NOT country.....

  • you did not have it good back then because ur bitching now like u were back in the day

  • first record i bought still sounds great b side weep no more my baby

  • first record i bought still sounds great

  • Brenda Lee proved that a sweet lil country gal could rock n roll as well as Elvis. My Sweeter Than Tupelo Honey Gal (Barbra) liked this cute little song. I still do. When God took her home on November 21, 2010, I lost my world. Someday soon, I hope that my world will begin again with Barbra in Heaven. We were together for only two years. It took me thirty years to find you, Barbra. I can wait a little longer. Heaven loves Brenda Lee. So do we.

  • @mickeymousebiker1 what? as well as the king? golly gosh!

  • Loveeeee this song!!!!! Dancing to these songs is seriously too much fun(:

  • The First Lady of Rock!

  • I'm 14 & I absolutely adore this song. :)

  • @KeiraLuvsTheDoors And I'm 15 and adore it as welllll(: What's your point?(:

  • @IcyHot311 Hah attitude much ? My point being that young people today still appreciate this sort of music, but obviously some don't appreciate the other young one's that appreciate this music as well. :)

  • @KeiraLuvsTheDoors Uh no....but if you'd like to take it that way, that's fine with me(: Your whole next sentence was hard to read because it was such a grammar fail....but yeah I understand your point. I asked.....you answered. The end. I didn't have an attitude.:) I love when kids my age appreciate real music!

  • @KeiraLuvsTheDoors No actually my sentence makes perfect sense, that is to a smart person. Hah I just saw your channel, & I am alomst completely convinced that youu are hated among many. Anywho, I am here for a SONG. Not for some troll, with a flowers background xD

  • @KeiraLuvsTheDoors Ohh you tried to respond to me? I thought you never did because obviously...you don't know how to do that either. I'm a troll because I said that you had poor grammar? Good one! That is to a smart person? Usually smart people don't use run on sentences. Or spell "almost" wrong(: You saw my channel? Aww thank you so much for giving me more views!!! Actually no, I'm not hated by people other than racists and complete idiots who can't speak english!! Good try though.

  • @KeiraLuvsTheDoors Rofl, & you cred enough to reply. :)) Wel have the most wonderful day evar in your life,. :) Cheers to good music <33

  • @KeiraLuvsTheDoors And soo did you!!! But sadly....you still didn't reply correctly....damn that sucks. Yup cheers! Hey I thought I'd return the favor love and visit your channel. • Greatest music ever!!!

  • A voice of Brenda Lee that the punch worked, the best! !

  • just had no idea how good i had it back then. compared to this crap of today.

    50s fore ever..................

  • @dragoonjohn OH YES!!! Back in the day when the Voice carried the music unlike the way the Music carries the crappy voices in a lot of todays cookie cutter music!

  • @dragoonjohn I feel the same way about the 1970s !!!!

  • I wonder if she ever looks at you tube and see's how much we love her and by the way the shows i went to was in 1961

  • I sat thru 2 shows live in Tampa Fla thats how much i loved her voice it was so strong at her age still love it to this day and im 66

  • NO LIE THIS A WHITE GIRL!

  • a girl sang this at my talent show she was awesome except the really big voice part she got really loud.

  • I first heard this when I was 5, loved it ever since. They don't make songs like this now, by the way, I'm 46 x

  • this song was on the jukebox the moment Elvis and Priscilla met she qoute in elvis by the presley's.

  • my favorite song when i was 20years old. i'm 56 now.

  • I used to listen to this song on my parents hi-fi when I was 8 yrs old. Thanks for the post ~

  • real music, pure class, wouldnt see these ladies prancing around like maddona the slut!!!! PDL xx

  • Man, what voice, what class! ......she was my favorite! She could stand out "so high" above all. Thanks!

  • A clasic. Still hard to believe she was only 14 when she recorded that red hot vocal.

  • Thanks for listening!

  • little miss dynamite!

  • @Holdenon3 thats old enough to be married by law in several states, weirdly enough... actually it goes down to 13 in New Hampshire for girls... jerry lee lewis is the most famous example of marrying very young, his wife anyway... 13-15? 13 actually, but jerry and crew claimed 15... Brenda was a real shorty, 4 ft 9 inches tall - for current comparison, Snooki is also 4'9", if i may compare the two - i prefer brenda as a person and talent...
