  • But this procedure don't have to make in ASEPTIC ROOM ?? this room ISN'T

  • Oh my God! õ.Ô ...Doctor Frankenstein!

  • This Dr is a board certified Gynecologist/Obstetrician so legally he can do surgery. However, he is not a board certified plastic surgeon.

  • Ok, there are so many things wrong with this. Patient looks surprisingly like his not fat nurse on his website. Her arms and face are too thin to be attached to this body. I don't care what he says, a patient of this size would not be a candidate for lypo, its not a sterile environment, shes surrounded by BLANKETS, there's no blood, tumescent fluid, or liquid coming from the incision (watch any other lypo video).Cuts=Blood. OH, and watch the clear tube. NOTHING IS COMING OUT!

  • @missbrenn LM@O and you ARE 100% CORRECT--it's a little more than a reenactment ! LM@O !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and the one keeps stating oh yes, this IS real, she had blah blah blah DONE already....like a carnival act but they're done better.

  • She chose this instead of dieting?? What the heck is wrong with people?

"Don't care how, I WANT IT NOW!!!" - Veruca Salt

  • What did you numb her with? I had lipo while awake and I was in blinding pain!

  • to me this was a waste of time and money, she shouldve just done the TT she would have much better results, no mater how much lipo thats done here her stomach is too stretched out for it to look normal.

  • This is not an operating room nor a sterile environment. This is against the law in the US

  • This is sick!

  • Forget the lipo she needs a tummy tuck!

  • Isn't tummy tuck a better option?

  • @zarnitev

Tummy tuck is a good option but this person needed to take the fat out first and then she needs to do a tummy tuck. Actually in her case, a mini tummy tuck would do great. Plus it's much easier on a patient - no need to reattach a belly button,...

  • she is crazyyy he most crazyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy+

  • OOOMMMMGGGG she is awake ????????

  • @mrlevik1992

yes, she is awake and actually feels really good. she doesn't feel anything below her breast line. she can just hear the sound of the machine...

  • diet and exercise

  • geez, he isn't watchin what he's doin. its like bein n the car n the driver is lookin@ u whilst he speaks!

  • @girlmimo

Have you ever seen a professional playing a violin or a piano? Or a woman knitting - with the extensive experience, your hands know what you are doing. For a doctor it's OK to raise his eyes for a video recording since the rest of the time he is watching the patient.:)

  • @lanouvellespa There's a difference of playing a violin or a piano than having someone with a 2 foot tube sucking your insides out. Christ. I'd shit myself if that was me. lol

  • @lanouvellespa Sir I understand what you are saying but the problem is that you don't understand what the public likes or dislikes. You are trying to be a documentary expert when you are a expect Doctor. Please pay for a P.R.

  • lol it's like if someone is killing me while chatting with me

  • GROSS

  • vomitevole...con la musica in sottofondo

  • this is horrible for you. this is likely the worst thing besides drugs that you can do to yourself.

  • i have a question.... can you get liposuction and a tummy tuck in the same day.?

  • @101katherineA yes Katherine, it's very common for someone to receive liposuction along with abdominoplasty...

  • @101katherineA

Yes, and we actually recommend it. It's so much easier on a patient - even though it's a local anesthesia, still it's better if it's done once.. Plus a patient doesn't need to spend and heal as much as after 2 procedures.

  • does anyone else notice that for her to have THAT MUCH fat around her stomach and chest, her arms are the arms of a skinny person?

  • @echelonokie YEP def noticed..and it's fucking weird.

  • @echelonokie I did noticed that... weird body I would say. or a fake body. LOL

  • @echelonokie é com certeza nao é a mesma pessoa nao

eu tanbém reparei que ela tem os braços magros demais para aquele tamanho todo

    fraaaaude.

  • @echelonokie

You are right. Our patient used to be a skinny person but then she had I believe either 2 or 3 babies that were really big and made her really big in the stomach area. After having her children, she couldn't lose all that "baby fat" that with the years only accumulated. Since, so many people talked about it, we will ask her to come back and we take a picture of her now. She looks much thinner. She still has some belly but overall looks so much better than before.

  • @lanouvellespa Do you recommend smartlipo first to see if we wont need a tummytuck, or a tummytuck first?

  • @echelonokie I WAS THINKING THE SAME, THAT'S TOO STRANGE !!!!

  • did he removed all the fat from her stomach

  • out of curiosity, why would a person of her size choose to have liposuction over an actual weight loss surgery? and with the amount of extra skin she has, won't this patient still require an abdominoplasty or a circumferential torsoplasty? I don't see the point of liposuction on an obese person.

  • @PiercedCub32

Well, there are a few different aspects and also answers to your question. The main one is the price. Sometimes people just can't afford a big procedure. With great specials in our office many people really can afford it:) In this case, yes, a patient didn't become a skinny one and she still has an access of skin but she looks good in clothes whereas she didn't look good before even in her clothes on..

  • @PiercedCub32

So, yes, we agree that would be better to have the 2nd procedure done - like a tummy tuck - to take that extra skin out and I believe this patient is going to do it but later on.

  • no caso dela só abdominoplastia

  • WHAT THE FUCK IS SHE AWAKE? oh. my. god.

  • @11Chantelle11

    Hi!

This is the biggest advantage of such surgery. She is totally awake and she can talk and laugh. She doesn't feel anything in the area of the procedure. But she can feel everything above and below. This way the doctor can see how the patient feels, they can discuss the process and adjust it if needed. Besides the fact that with the new technology - tumescent anesthesia (local anesthesia) - patients are virtually not loosing blood :)) It's so much easier on the patients :)

  • @lanouvellespa I was wondering something, your patient appears to be overweight, I always thought that for someone to have liposuction, they had to have lost as much weight as possible! IF you suck out a lot of fat and she either looses weight or puts on weight wouldn't that make the area - where the procedure was done - wonky looking!? Also due to her enlarged stomach area, when you remove quite a bit of the fat underneath, wouldn't that make the skin TOTALLY saggy?

  • @bambis46

yes, you are right. Ideally, we would prefer to perform a liposuction on a "smaller person" or finish it up with the mini tummy tuck. If a doctor takes so much fat out, the skin does become saggy. If our really overweight patients chose to do a tummy tuck afterwards, we are thrilled:) If not, then we offer laser genesis or Titan - they both help to tighten the skin. In each particular case, we talk to a patient explaining the outcome and make different suggestions.

  • she needs a tummy tuck

  • its not even her body, dumb ass

  • Wow.....I READY TO SEE THE END RESULTS! How much fat was removed from this patient?

  • @klasseyrik

I believe it was 4-5 lb of removed fat (pure fat). What you see in her belly is melted fat plus the solution that is inserted to help the procedure, to melt the fat. It always looks bigger at the time of the procedure. She is thrilled with the results. She says that it is such a wonderful and so long forgotten feeling when she can finally cross her arms around her belly when she goes to the church. However, she feels that she would do it the 2nd time and would be more aggressive.
