@silvermoon551 Nevertheless, he could use the 3 pluspowers before using Prof. Oak. Prof Oak doesnt negate the effect of the pluspowers which last until the end of turn

It only came out in Japan. Some fans made a fan translation, you'll have to get the ROM and the patch for it to be in English.
