when this game was near the end of developement, the mother love theme hadn't been created. this was going to be the main theme for EVERYTHING, theres an unused sad version of this theme (possibly credits).

then came the love theme ^-^ and everything changed!

This was used in the BETA trailer for Earthbound 64 which was a cancelled project. Mother 3 was going to be in 3-D on the Nintendo 64 but it was cancelled and put on the GBA.

This is referred to as "King P's Theme," and yes, it is played by the DCMC at Club Titiboo. Their own theme is a variant of the leitmotif that "Mind of a Thief"(Duster's theme) and "Sorrowful Tazmily" are based around, and is played in New Pork City. The OSV track is called, simply, "Theme of DCMC" Hope that helps.
