bad eggs is like halo 2's guarduians. If you get a poke that the game just cant handle it gives you that.

err, no, bad eggs were deliberately put in the game by game freak to punish gameshark users and replace one of their pokemon with a bad egg. however, i don't think game freak properly implemented it into the game, so there aren't any reports of pokemon getting replaced in fr/lg. just glitches involving them appearing.
