i'm taking it and so far no break outs even though i'm an adult who gets acne every so often but you also have to remember its whats also going in your body with the Biotin its a vitamin it should not break you out....good luck and thanks for sharing~

actually if you add vitamin c and a multivitamin when taking the biotin you wont break out at all.

Biotin is the cause of cystic acne(those are deep under skin and very paintfull, they leave scars too if you pick) I stopped taking biotin and my face clear up in 3 days, but yes biotin helped my hair to grow faster...but i prefer clear face! lol

Yes, I tried biotin for a week and I broke out alot. Also, B12 broke me out even worse, just in case.

i tried it!! i was on and off for like 5 months of taking it, but i got back on it a couple months ago and ive been taking it every day before i go to bed since every thing grows and what not while your sleeping. i see a difference in my hair and nails :) not much of a change with my skin though. my hair used to be shoulder length, now its armpit length :)
