@CivicSportInjected Not to be a show off but I have the Savage Xl that I bash around my yard and I made a ramp in my backyard and had a 1/2in thick cinder block just standing up next to dirt jump on the far side. Well I though it would be cool to jump it and forgot about the cinder block. Full speed....... well the cinder block lost. I broke the head screw on the bumper, the cinder block had a 3in long. OOPS My bad cinder block didn't see you :)

luckily those HPI trucks are durable and can stand a whole bunch of abuse. I started using nitro with the firestorm and I put that thing through hell. It always stayed in one piece and never gave me trouble.

the savage x is better its a lot bigger an has 4wd plus a lot of people will will agree that it is a very tuff rc. but the firestorm is a nice one too but you get what you pay for. if i were you i would wait the extra month or two an save your money up to get that better rc you wont regret it.

@johnwo1 because the savage is so tuff it would probably save you money in the long run if you want to do some serious bashing, another rc to think of is the trophy truggy 4.6 has the same engine as the savage 4.6 and very strong and well built i love mine :)
