  • @1Rageee If done properly your hands will be resting behind your head above your neck, and the motion will be done with your torso, not pulling your head towards your knees. Its amazing how many people just do the exercise without learning the correct technique.

  • I like that one :) I do lots of different types of excersizes in the pool and I started Zumba last spring... I am in great shape and want to maintain it...I was looking for something else to do in the winter other than zumba.. :)

  • @bmwgtrm3 no exercise specifically burns fat. Any exercise burns calories. If you burn more calories through activity than you eat in a day, you start burning fat.

  • I wouldn´t say you work your abdominals very much in this exercise. The graviation do the most flexionwork. But it is a simple cardioexrecise that also train the diagonalmovement, so I think it´s a good exercise.

  • normally when someone who workout a lot, they tend to have a faster metabolism. Why? Metabolism is the rate at which your body burns calories.

  • @crazyghetto978818 it works like that because the bigger your muscles are, the more energy the will require to work, and since calories are our bodies energy, bigger muscles generally burn more calories. And since metabolism is the rate at how u burn calories, the more fit you are, and more powerful your muscles, they will burn more energy, thus increasing the rate at which you burn calories.

  • @crazyghetto978818 they have a faster metabolism becuase they do compoud cardio workouts its pretty much non stop dumb bell lifting and push ups etc. you get the idea

  • Jil, try stretching before your not using those muscles your use to working, and probabaly because your not use to it, once your body starts working it more, it won't hurt
