Not sure about the individual locos' attainable speed. The AMR has a limit of 5mph (scaled up to 40) along the main line, but we allow discretion for the purpose of getting a train up the 1:60 climb from the station!

@vaas44 I've had about 10 mph before bottling it out of the green one on another railway.
