I guess you already know this. But for people who think this is a good way to workout: In this style of Pull-Ups, you won't gain much muscle, if anything at all. All you get is your heart to pump faster, and the risk of hurting your joints. All tho, It's an excellent display! Looks like alot of fun there! No offence mate, but just had to write this down. Again, No offence! :-)

yep.. that was around 2 years ago.. I've not really been doin pullups now.. maybe muscle ups once in awhile
