Since the 3% speed is playing at 30 FPS, then the 100% speed would actually be 1000 FPS, not 2000 FPS. The FPS of the original clip only matters for how smooth it looks at 3% speed.
@jakeydakey You cannot go from the end to the beginning ;) The 3% speed is not (really) playing at 30 FPS, since Twixtor adds pixel blending to make it look smooth as if it would be 30 FPS. If I would not use Twixtor, those 60 FPS recordered would result in 1.8 FPS.
If the recordered clip would be 30 FPS and would use 3% of those, this would result in 1000 FPS, yes. But with 60 FPS (which is 2 * 30 FPS = realtime) it results in 2 * 1000 FPS. :)
