It used to be one of the best malls in Georgia but then the illegal aliens came in by 1996 then moved up wind to Jimmy Carter and everyone moved away. Now it is just an old mall that needs a major overhall and new legal shoppers. Atlanta closed down all low income housing thanks to Nan Orach and John Lewis and shiped everyone out to Gwinnett ,Clayton Rockdale and Dekalb county. Dekalb county takes in more people seeking refugee status than other counties and more . They then move to gwinnett
