I live in phoenix and i have to say in defense of FEMA if they are contracting to build cemeteries for whatever reason. First the land hear is extremely prone to erosion, so they are probably building in a different way to preserve the burial site, so its not eroded and bodies/coffins are exposed. Also they have to be careful because of the water table contamination so it just looks like they are using a more future proofing way of building cemeteries.
If you die from Bird Flu, H1N1/H5N1 virus, or are a WWII, Vietnam, Korean War, Gulf or Afghanistan soldier... This just may be your final resting grounds.

This is the National Cemetery in AZ which I live very close to. All these new plots are for all of our dying vets especially WWII vets. And considering how popular AZ is for old retired vets it should come as no surprise that a lot of our vets need to be buried here.

these are called lawn crypts and the are made for families(husband wife) and the reason someone would buy these is because it's cheaper than buying two separate plots. The individual plots have to have a concrete liner anyway if it's a perpetual care cemetery.
Scary yes but alot of WW2 vets, Korean war vets and even Vietnam vets are dying each day. No I am not an asleep sheeple but this is quite a fancy way to do a mass grave if it were for thousands of people at one time to be buried. While riding my bicycle from glendale to the desert northeast of cave creek, I accidentally passed thru there and stopped to hydrate in the cemetery. Had no idea it was there. It was right at dusk, sky was pretty. The whole time I was there, I had a supernatural feeling, it was weird.
responding to 2 comments, the reason they concrete is so that back hoes can drive over them without crushing the caskets and to prevent the ground from sinking. The reason they look so big is because they are designed for two normal caskets one atop the other so a married couple could buried together. Again folks I Work in this industry and pre vaulting a large area like this is very cost effective for either a military or civilian cemetery.

Just looking at the images, it does seem horrific, but this is how a veteran cemetery is set up. It IS a mass graveyard, but it's also a place of honor.
My father is buried in a veteran cemetery in NC. Since he was cremated the space he is in is less than 4 sq. ft. (marker and all) in a tightly packed row.
Most soldiers would prefer to be buried right next to their 'brothers'.
I work in the funeral industry in Phoenix and in three years I assisted in about thirty burials out there. And that is just one funeral home in Phoenix! The cemetery is huge, there is a lot of demand for it not only for snowbirds, but for local people as well. Phoenix is the fifth largest city in the U.S. Also it has many acres that have been used already. Not everything that the government runs has to be involved in a conspiracy!
Pheonix is known for having an old population. Plus, buying land is cheap right now, so it makes sense that now would be a good time to expand the veterans cemetary.

I don't understand -- are these graves or just a storage facility for the concrete liners? I don't see any headstones. We heard all about the millions of bodybags being produced at one time, more than logic says we'd need unless a disaster happened. I'm not sure I get the point of the video -- even though I'm very much tuned in as to conspiracies etc. It's entirely possibly my mom was buried outside Phx in one of those, unless they are strictly a military operation.

They have to keep these things somwhere so they are available when people die, and send them to the appropriate cemetery I would think. Is there a veterans' cemetery in the area I'm not aware of? I spent a great deal of my life in and around this area, no long in AZ, but what's they big mystery exactly? Seems like a nonstory to me, and I don't shy away from conspiracies!

This is the National Cemetery in AZ which I live very close to. All these new plots are for all of our dying vets especially WWII vets. And considering how popular AZ is for old retired vets it should come as no surprise that a lot of our vets need to be buried here.

these are called lawn crypts and the are made for families(husband wife) and the reason someone would buy these is because it's cheaper than buying two separate plots. The individual plots have to have a concrete liner anyway if it's a perpetual care cemetery.

Scary yes but alot of WW2 vets, Korean war vets and even Vietnam vets are dying each day. No I am not an asleep sheeple but this is quite a fancy way to do a mass grave if it were for thousands of people at one time to be buried. Burning your corpse is a better option so that when you are burned off ...so is the diseases that are with you.

While riding my bicycle from glendale to the desert northeast of cave creek, I accidentally passed thru there and stopped to hydrate in the cemetery. Had no idea it was there. It was right at dusk, sky was pretty. The whole time I was there, I had a supernatural feeling, it was weird.

responding to 2 comments, the reason they concrete is so that back hoes can drive over them without crushing the caskets and to prevent the ground from sinking. The reason they look so big is because they are designed for two normal caskets one atop the other so a married couple could buried together. Again folks I Work in this industry and pre vaulting a large area like this is very cost effective for either a military or civilian cemetery.

God ! some of you people are insane ! I've worked in the Cemetery industry for 30 years , and this is just what news report said it was. Cemetery's always pre-vault new sections , this common for a large cemetery. These concrete vaults are pre-installed then used as families purchased plots. If mass burials were the goal why not just dig a huge pit and use body bags ?

Not a bad theory, but I doubt that to be honest, If im not mistaken fuel rods need to be buried much much deeper than these grave sites, (30 feet plus) and I doubt they'd bury such a thing at a cemetery.

Just looking at the images, it does seem horrific, but this is how a veteran cemetery is set up. It IS a mass graveyard, but it's also a place of honor.
My father is buried in a veteran cemetery in NC. Since he was cremated the space he is in is less than 4 sq. ft. (marker and all) in a tightly packed row.
Most soldiers would prefer to be buried right next to their 'brothers'.

I work in the funeral industry in Phoenix and in three years I assisted in about thirty burials out there. And that is just one funeral home in Phoenix! The cemetery is huge, there is a lot of demand for it not only for snowbirds, but for local people as well. Phoenix is the fifth largest city in the U.S. Also it has many acres that have been used already. Not everything that the government runs has to be involved in a conspiracy!
