That's not a sharks normal "move". Sharks rarely jump out of the water unless they miss their prey on an upward move. They hardly ever are seen "jumping" out of the water except on rare occasions for food. I really don't think the gentleman thought it was "insane". It's just an exclamation after seeing somthing one doesn't get to see very often.
