All Heels come off as cowards, it's been the way true heels have operated for decades. Very rarely does a heel come off as an unstoppable badass. Roode is a big guy but he is still too "Small"(I'm short and meeting him in person I barely had to look up) being he is barely hitting 6'0. He will likely always play the typical heel. Even Sheamus played the coward heel.
