Me and my friends did this with homemade guns in about a ten foot space. One person had the bathroom, two ppl had the stair well, little hallway type room, all 3 bedrooms, but the person in the bathroom had crazy fortification and 3 guns and tons of rubber bands.

Nice guns, my current gun is a clothes pin on a wooden broomstick with some crazy glue. It uses some random Office Max rubber bands... Very advanced.
