Cops are humans and humans are animals. How can they be trusted? NEVER! This is how to fix this problem. All CCTV recording equipment must be locked in a room that has no police access. ICAC have access only and not the same person. Plus the Council street CCTV cameras. Video footage must be kept for at least 4 weeks. Now if there is an incident both civilians and police can request footage from ICAC. Plus audio recording is needed too and change legislation for audio recording.

Cops are humans and humans are animals. How can they be trusted? NEVER! This is how to fix this problem. All CCTV recording equipment must be locked in a room that has no police access. ICAC have access only and not the same person. Plus the Council street CCTV cameras. Video footage must be kept for at least 4 weeks. Now if there is an incident both civilians and police can request footage from ICAC. Plus audio recording is needed too and change legislation for audio recording.
