This is from the movie DRISHTI - a 1990 release starring Dimple Kapadia, Shekar Kapur. Very nice movie...if u like serious art films.

Raag Gaud Malhar (as is evident from the lyrics - Megha barasat re).

Other songs in this movie are also by Kishori bai ... are equally good.
