I use the BIC lighters and simply remove the peice that that releases the butane.

All the lighter fluid is used up and the spark doesn't ignite with the gas, cuz there's no gas

@Blood790 - Run a lighter out of butane, cut the top of the lighter off just below the spring, add duct tape for cosmetics. That was hard.
